OLIVER
Oliver has been Personal Training since 2005. He has been keeping a broad range of clients fit from kids trying to make the school team, Mum's and Dad's around busy family/ work lives, elite sports people and senior business executives.
He understands that training needs to be enjoyable to be sustainable and gets to know his clients well to understand their needs and goals.
As an ex- competitive swimmer, he has taught many of our younger clients to swim but also some of our adult ones.
Oliver is a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and Swimming Coach.
VERONIQUE
Véronique is our admin person. She handles all the marketing, advertising and invoicing for us.
Married to Oliver, she shares her time between looking after their 2 children and the business.
